Nick Oliveri has done a deal with the authorities that has kept him out of jail, following his arrest in July 2011. He agreed to plead guilty to the charge of cocaine possession, in return for the other charges being dropped. He has been sentenced to 36 months on probation, going to anger management classes for a year and doing 200 hours of community service.
