10:00pmMonday

Join Scottish Rock Radio Presenter Dunk MacKellar for an hour of New and Classic rock! Enjoy music from Unsigned and self-financing, self-releasing artists alongside more established "better known" names with lots of new releases and a sprinkling of classics! The highlight of my week was hiding in my room listening to (and taping - but don't tell anyone) Tommy Vance And The Friday Rock Show. I started the show as a doff of the cap to TV, utilising the same introduction music as the great man himself and just stuck with it - I did eventually drop the intro/outro to squeeze in more music. I love getting to play and promote new music and if I can introduce a band to ONE new fan then it's all worth it as far as I'm concerned.  My personal tastes are more in the Hard Rock/AOR/Bluesy Rock vein and  I started off playing what people NOW call classic but, as I've discovered newer bands that sound classic (the now tagged NWOCR  - New Wave Of Classic Rock), I play a lot of that too. I can't believe the amount of good rock music out there.. One thing is for certain – ROCK AIN'T DEAD!    From time to time We wheel out some show features to look forward to... Relate The Rock is our wee fun feature on Keep It Rock where we play three tracks back to back that are connected in some way …. and you have to guess what the connection is. (think "The Friday Night Connection"). You just email me your answer.. and your very own three track Relate The Rock Teaser to be used on a future show to contacttherockshow @ gmail.com or use the email link on the page here. The Inside Track on Keep It Rock. It’s not an interview but the next best thing – or maybe actually it’s even better as I reckon that it’s the band you want to listen to…. not me! I invite a band on the show to choose a couple of their own songs, tell us a bit about them, what influenced the tracks… what they are about, that kinda thing….. and also play a song by another artist that has influenced them in some way… maybe what gave them the desire to write and play music, inspiration for one of their songs or whatever. It may be a new or unsigned artist or one of the bigger names in the history of rock and we have had loads of excellent and varied bands/artis take part. If you are a band and would like to feature on The Inside Track… maybe you have an album or single coming out that you would like to promote? drop me an email and we can get it sorted…. It’s all about the rock! Another rotational feature,  I choose a year in music and play some of my favourite album tracks from that year. I also share snippets of useless info and stuff that happened in the chosen year like albums released, band formations, band splits…. maybe someone died, left a band joined another band… I might run down the top ten singles from that year… just whatever … depends on what’s went down in the year really! So, What are you waiting for? Check out the show right here on TotalRock every Monday night from 10.00-11.00pm and there's also a replay on a Wednesday morning from 9.00-10am .. with the PREVIOUS Week's show repeating in th following hour both days. D O Fireworks 2

4:00amTuesday

Interview show with classic rock artists, featured tracks from that artist and other classic rock tracks with an emphasis on glam. Dawn has been in love with rock n roll since she saw Sweet, Slade, T Rex and the Glitter band on Top of The Pops in the early seventies. Her father reignited that love when he gave her 7 inch vinyls of 'You Really Got Me' by The Kinks and a number of early Stones singles. Meeting boys on the beach when she was ten with a ghetto blaster gave her a love of Whitesnake and AC/DC, but when hair metal came along her obsession with metal and hard rock was in full swing and never stopped. Her first gig was Kiss supported by Bon Jovi on their Runaway tour. She once won a signed Bon Jovi album by being the first person to turn up to a radio show in a bikini and wellies. Dawn's favourite bands include Autograph, Whitesnake, Cinderella, Kix, Smashed Gladys, Vixen, Quireboyz and Forty Deuce, but really there are too many to mention. Her favourite song of all time is 'Remember my name' by Stevie Lange. More recent favourites include Biters and Buckcherry. She runs the UK branch of the Autograph European fan Club. She interviews, reviews albums and gigs and takes photographs for Fireworks Magazine/Rocktopia. She reviews albums and the Monsters of Rock Cruise for the Hair Metal Mansion web site She is also an interviewer for radio having started by interviewing artists such as George Lynch, Geoff Tate, Cherie Currie, Michael Sweet, Ricky Warwick, Autograph, Kix, Craig Goldy, Nigel Mogg, Sally Cato, Lorraine Lewis, Anita Chellamah, Zinny Zan, Kane Roberts and Ace Finchum and legendary producer Michael Wagener for Dee Rocks Radio and has her own radio show specialising in hair metal called 'Dawn Osborne in session' which features an artist interview, featured tracks from that artist and a selection of other 80s classics In Session is proudly sponsored by Fireworks Magazine. Goto http://www.rocktopia.co.uk/ to get the latest edition and don't forget to check out Dawn's column The Aftershock!

Keep It Rock With Dunk

12:00pmThursday

As if that's not awesome enough, you can listen to ALL shows by searching the website for "Keep It Rock On Demand"

D O Fireworks 2

4:00pmSunday
